We arrived n survived.

On September 11, Thursday, we had a great afternoon driving to Edmonton. Because we were very travel weary we had a meal at A&W, checked into our motel and went to bed early. On Friday we visited a friend at U of A hospital and departed for Calgary to catch our flight to Amsterdam.

Had a good but very tiring flight. To be awakened at 2:00 am for breakfast is much to early! My what time 8 time zones can do to a person.

Has a very friendly greeting by two couples who picked us up and served us an outdoor breakfast. Great chocolates for desert.  The tour group traveled to our first destination; Trier, Germany.  Had a delicious dinner and have checked into an old but very nice Hotel for our first night. Thanks for all your prayers; the whole group arrived safe and sound.
